What are your organizers made of?
Our organizers are made with a rigid protective structure covered with leather or high-quality faux leather. Depending on the model, we may also use fabric, velvet, linen, satin, elastane, foam padding, zippers, and metal hardware.
Are the organizers soft or rigid?
Our organizers have a structured, rigid construction that helps them maintain their shape and protect their contents. The exterior is padded and covered with your selected material, while the interior can be lined with soft velvet.
What colors are available?
Many of our organizers can be customized in different colors. You can choose the exterior, zipper, hardware accents, and interior velvet color depending on the model and available options.
What sizes are available?
We offer four standard sizes:

Can I order a custom-size organizer?
Yes! Custom sizes are available. Please contact us before ordering and tell us what you would like to store inside. We can help determine the appropriate dimensions and configuration.
Can I customize my organizer?
Absolutely. Depending on the model, you can add options such as extra pockets, a top handle, removable carry handle, adjustable shoulder strap, dual zipper pulls, personalization, printing, embroidery, and matching accessory bags.
Can I add my name or logo?
Yes. We offer several personalization options, including custom nameplates, printing, and embroidery. Logos and artwork may also be possible depending on the design.
Can I choose the color of the velvet interior?
Yes. A custom velvet lining color can be requested. Please contact us if you would like a specific color that is not shown among the available options.
Can I add extra pockets?
Yes. Additional pockets can be added to many models. Depending on the design, you can choose a single front pocket, dual front pockets, side pockets, or other custom configurations.
Does the organizer come with a handle?
The configuration depends on the model and the options selected. Some organizers can be equipped with a sewn-on top handle, a removable handle with carabiners, or an adjustable shoulder strap.
Can I order a matching accessory bag?
Yes. Selected organizers can be complemented with a matching soft accessory bag. The accessory bag can also be personalized with printing, embroidery, or a name.

How long does production take?
The average production time is 1–2 weeks. Custom or more complex orders may require additional processing time.
Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped from Ukraine.
How long does shipping take?

Is shipping free?
Shipping is free for orders weighing up to 0.4 kg. Shipping costs for heavier orders are calculated individually based on the package weight and destination.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to our return policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, order cancellations are accepted. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, especially if production has already started.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If production has not started, we may be able to make changes to your order. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
What if I don't see my device, item, or desired configuration?
Please contact us! Many of our products can be made in custom sizes and configurations, so we may be able to create exactly what you need.
How do I request a custom order?
Send us a message or email with the item you want to store, its measurements, your preferred colors, and any additional features you would like. We'll help you determine the best configuration before you place the order.
Can I see a mockup before production?
For more complex custom orders, we can discuss the design and provide a mockup for approval before proceeding with production.
